No. Even if you insist that this was supposed to be satire, you should follow certain rules when you distribute materials openly to the public. If you had written a satire as a play and marketed it as such, everyone going to the play would understand it as satire. This is different, and I think, really stupid. If you are naive enough to think this does no harm, think again. Edit: if you had put a disclaimer on the flyer saying that this satire, and urge people to be kind to cats, that would have been different, but you didnt.
