No doubt, the counter demonstrators, completely, outnumbered the Fascists in Cricklewood, today. Only half a dozen were on the other side of the police zone. But 15 Fascists drank in the Crown Moran Pub. I alerted the receptionist at the hotel to call the police of which she did. The police watched these Fascists drinking outside. But bar staff should be trained in recognising such thugs with tattoos on their throats and union jack emblems on the back of their skulls. I believe that UNITE is the Trade Union for bar workers as well as publicans and should build this awareness amongst all its members! Nevertheless, these Far Right groups failed to lift their campaign in the Irish areas of London. London is proudly an international city and the Far Right, here, may as well just run! We can remember when Oswald Moseleys British Union of Fascists were outnumbered ten to one at the Battle of Cable Street in 1936! Left Wingers, Irish and Jews built the biggest solidarity in the East End against these Fascists and smashed their publicity to pieces. Today, Irish, Jews, Muslims, Atheists and Left Wingers united against these Fascist thugs in Cricklewood! Well done to all those people who joined the counter demonstration, today! Let us keep up this fight all over the country!
