No matter what shape or size you are you body needs carbohydrates! So often I hear people cutting out carbs. Your body needs carbohydrates in order to grow and repair and also to provide your body with energy in times of need! So instead of cutting carbohydrates from your diet, try to source low GI carbohydrates! For example, swap your morning white bread to wholemeal and seed burgen bread! Thats swapping from a GI of 88 to 39! Thats bound to keep you fuller for longer, provide more protein, keep your blood glucose in check and provide your body with essential fiber! My best, Dean.
