No matter what you are facing today, remember this, “You plus Jesus, equals a majority.” He is all you need and would never allow you to face something you cannot handle. More importantly, something He is not prepared to walk through with you. This week, we will begin a new series on the book of Jude. The theme of the book is a call to contend for the faith, in the the good times and the bad, in the sunshine and in the storm, when they were weak and when they were strong. Jude is honestly, a punch to the jaw for those who are “in the faith” for the wrong reasons. Jude is also a word of encouragement to the church to uphold and defend the faith. Please join us this week as we strive to be “Contenders” for the faith. As Martin Luther encouraged, “Pray as if it all depends on God, and work as if it depends on you.” God’s faithfulness and sovereignty will take care of the rest. See You tomorrow... Gordon
