No one has ever seen god, but… 1 John 4:12 -- No one has ever seen God. But if we love each other, God lives in us, and his love is brought to full expression in us. God loves all of mankind. He sent His Son to save all of human race…no exception. It is amazing how quick and easy we make exceptions and ignore the instructions of God to love our neighbors as ourselves, and to love them as God has loved us…unconditionally…sincerely…without exception. It is amazing how easy we draw lines and define others according to our own limited, narrow-minded, and self-seeking standards. We are in dire need of God’s help in learning to see others through the eyes of God. We need to live the full expression of God’s love in us so others may see Him in us. No one has ever seen God, but we each can be His instrument, perhaps even a blue print of what love is for others to use as a guide. Let us pray. Father, we confess we have been guilty of trying to be You in that we’ve always tended to judge others based on the standard of wealth and social status. Please forgive us and open our eyes and our hearts. Help us to learn to accept others just as they are, just how You have created them. Fill us with Your love and let it overflow to all we meet, that they may see You in us. All these, let us pray in the name of Jesus for everything we ask in His name, we shall receive.
