No single show dominated. Which was refreshing. Lots of talented people. More than once a show had several actors or episodes nominated which seemed to split the vote and result in another show winning, but certainly hailed those shows as worthy. While I might not always agree with the various academies on their final choices, I find that the shows/movies/music they nominate are more often than not worth my attention. I personally recommend these shows with Emmy attention: Homeland, Game of Thrones, Downton Abbey, The Good Wife, House of Cards, Mad Men, The Newsroom, and Scandal. Not necessarily in that order.
