Not going to say what establishment, but I surely hope said establishment reads this post for their own betterment. Went to try out a new lunch counter. Walked out 30 minutes later with empty and annoyed stomach in hand. Only table open was filthy. Ordered a simple sandwich and well done fries. Had to wait half an hour for a simple order. I can only imagine what would happen if I ordered more! Half an hour later server brings out yummy looking sandwich with soggy oily fries. GROSS. Asked why so long, we had a lot of call in orders. Ok, so call in orders take precedence over a sit down order? Returned plate and stated I asked for well done fries. Not wishing to wait another half hour, I left. Am sitting in Wang Bo, eating a yummy lunch which I served myself from the buffet in under three minutes. Unacceptable chain of events.
