Not the Monday I had planned on. 3 hours on the phone about medical insurance only to find out that Lance, terminated the kids care through the state, leaving them WITHOUT health insurance. Since he is head of household on their stupid forms their isnt a damn thing I can do about it, the state cannot even access or modify the information to allow me to add them to a new policy. IT IS ILLEGAL FOR HIM TO BE INVOLVED IN ANY DECISION MAKING- The order of protection specifically states that I am the only one with decision making power. The freaking ass cancelled their insurance like he always threatened to do! I emailed him a demand to instantly fix it, and ccd the court evaluator on it. I am now waiting for Seattle Police to get here to file a report for violating the domestic violence order of protection. As of this moment my two special needs children do NOT have health coverage. Isa needs meds, Max has a bone study tomorrow, and Isa has surgery 9/16.... PRAY that this gets fixed ASAP. Waiting for phone calls back.
