Nothing is truly random.....Example - You need a program to generate a random 9 digit number every 2 hours for security purposes....Some of you have already figured out where i am headed with this....THUS a formula controls the randomness of the code and once you know the formula you will eventually (given enough time and intelligence) know the code and the 9 digit number.....LETS DIG DEEPER...Lets say you used the sum of pi (pie - 3.14~) in part of the formula.....pi calculations are supposed to never end but what if it did after 200 years of constant computing? However pi does come to an end in our computing (because we tell it to end) otherwise a number could never be generated because once the formula got to that portion it would just continuously keep computing until it got past the sum of pi....in other words if you wanted to use any given number as the nine digit code after it had been multiplied by pi - you would never get an answer because it could keep computing...so you have to give the formula limitations (like only use pi to the 12th placement) THUS you destroy the randomness by adding limitations.................
