Now, correct me if Im wrong, but if the nanny accepted the room and board as part of her job, so she would always be there for the kid(s), then she didnt pay rent. And if she didnt pay rent, how can she be considered a tenant? And if she is NOT a tenant, then surely you would not have to go through all the hoops to get her evicted; you should just get the cops to throw her out. Because if she ISNT a tenant, and living there without the consent of the owners, then she is illegally SQUATTING on the property.
