Now let me tell something that is not politically correct. 30th January is the date when Nathu Ram Godse assassinated Mahatma Gandhi. Mahatma Gandhi was a great personality who could unite whole India against the British Raj but at the same time he failed to stop the Congressi leaders like Nehru who were in hurry to rule India and accepted the Partition. Million of Hindus and Muslims had to migrate from both sides. Lahore which was a hindu majority city had to be evacuated. Millions of people died due to violence, hunger and disease but Leaders of Congress including Mahatma Gandhi remained mute spectators. While Delhi was freezing in the winters, Refugees were being forced to vacate abandoned mosques which were being used by Refugees as shelter. They were forced to live in cold with a sheet of plastic. Mahatma Gandhi was sitting on hunger strike to force indian Govt to pay 55 crores to pakistan which was part of partition treaty but at the same time pakistan was attacking India in kashmir. Any person with a conscience wont remain silent and Refugees protested against Mahatma on regular basis. One day the anger led to Nathu Ram Godse taking the extreme step and he killed Mahatma Gandhi. He did Gandhi Vadh in his own words. He was a misguided lone wolf who destroyed the good will that Hindu parties had gathered, pushed the Hindu renaissance several decades back and gave an opportunity to Nehru to ban RSS. But still, Nathu Ram Godse sacrificed himself for those millions of Hindus who could never get voice due to distorted secularism that Indian Politicians have followed and are still following.
