Now that Im back to training Ill start posting some of my training here on occasion, especially if it contains some movements or things you guys might not be familiar with. Today was reverse band squats for singles in my rotation, followed by tire deadlifts. The tires lift the bar 2-3 inches higher than normal, which actually makes it a more difficult movement for me than pulling from the floor because it takes out leg drive and makes it strictly a hip hinge (which makes it a great strength builder). Everyones leverages are different, but using partial movements that put you in a less advantageous position can be a great way to build strength. I wrote an article on this for elitefts that should be out soon. https://youtube/watch?v=SFNY7sssOxA&list=UUgeNwYLKEmxjZ2kBWt84dBg
