Now that a couple weeks have past and the dust has finally settled, I would like to take this time to personally say some things to the community of Laredo. On behalf of myself, my coaching and training staff, the Rattlesnakes players, and the Rattlesnake organization as a whole, I would like to thank all our dedicated and loyal fans, our valuable sponsors, the media, Mayor Salinas, and all City Personnel of Laredo that supported us this past season. Although, we fell 1 point short of our goal in the LSFL Championship Game, we have so much to be proud of !!! We were only able to make it that far due to YOUR undying and endless support, encouraging words, and smiling faces after each game win or lose!! Because of all your efforts and support, The Rattlesnakes Organization and the city of Laredo is now a "major player" in the indoor football community and a place that players from all across the country now want to play. Two years ago, I promised to change the "culture and image" of indoor/arena football here in Laredo and to deliver the 1st Football Championship to the city of Laredo. Falling 1 point short of that goal only makes me and this Organization even more determined and dedicated for the upcoming 2014 season!! So before, I as Head Coach could officially put this past season to rest and surge forward I needed to say, "Thank You Laredo!!!" That being said, in order for us to continue to build, grow, and make this organization a First Class and continual winning organization both on and off the field , I need you, the wonderful people of Laredo, to do me a HUGE favor! Please continue to support the Rattlesnake Organization. Spread the word, tell a friend, and for those that observed the 2013 season from a far ( fans and businesses), please come be a part, support, and join the Rattlesnake Movement for 2014.
