Now that summer is over and September is in full swing, it means back to business for all you TEACHERS out there! My teammates… Nikki, Carlos & Tracy know how that goes because they’ve all been teachers (or still are!) But as the years went by, teaching became LESS about the kids and more about the POLICIES & procedures… it got harder and harder to let go of summer break and go back to work. Can you relate to that at all? Nikki, Carlos & Tracy have some of the biggest hearts I know of—they all have a passion for teaching, for children & for learning. They wanted to impact people in a positive way, but teaching didn’t always feel like the best way to do it because of the the politics that got in the way… Now, they are all leaders within It Works and I couldn’t be more PROUD of how they’re using their gifts & hearts
