Nutella Cupcake Recipe .. yep you have to bake from scratch sorry ;) but thats really the best way Ingredients: 2 cups white sugar 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder 1 teaspoon salt 2 eggs 1 cup milk 1/2 cup vegetable oil 2 teaspoons vanilla extract 1 cup boiling water Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour two 9 inch cake pans. Or use 2 dozen cupcake tins with paper cups 2. Use the first set of ingredients to make the cake. In a medium bowl, stir together the sugar, flour, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Add the eggs, milk, oil and vanilla, mix for 3 minutes with an electric mixer. Stir in the boiling water by hand. Pour evenly into the two prepared pans. 3. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes in the preheated oven, until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pans to cool completely. when they are cool you take a pastry bag and a icing tip, doesnt matter which one but i use a pretty good size one i push it into the top of the cupcake and fill that sucker full of nutella. Once they are filled I top them with this : Nutella Buttercream Icing: 2 sticks unsalted butter, softened 1 13-ounce jar of Nutella pinch of fine grain sea salt 1 tablespoon clear vanilla extract 1.5 pounds confectioners’ sugar, sifted 6-8 tablespoons heavy cream or milk 1. In a large mixing bowl, cream butter and Nutella until well combined, thick and fluffy, about 5 minutes. Slowly add in confectioner’s sugar, and continue mixing until well blended. 2. Add salt, vanilla, and 3 tablespoons of heavy cream or milk. Blend on low speed until moistened. Add an additional 3-5 tablespoons of heavy cream or milk until you reach the desired consistency. Beat at high speed until frosting is smooth and fluffy, about 3 minutes. Yep I bake, a lot wedding cakes specialty cakes 3D cakes, so hopefully its not too difficult a recipe, its actually pretty simple but i know some people just .. arent bakers you could always use a box mix, if you do use a package of chocoalte pudding added to the mix and all milk instead of water it will give you a richer more dense cake that is easier to work with .
