So if you have eaten too many carbs over the weekend or any other day, consuming extra water is the fastest way to undo the damage of over-eating by getting rid of excess water retention, and facilitating other metabolic processes that burn fat. A good rule of thumb is to consume at least 1 litre of water per 25 kilograms of body weight every day. If youve been high on the carbs drink 1.5 times this much for 3-4 days to flush out that extra water. Your stomach will be looking flatter in no time! :-)
