O John, do not be of little faith! I am the One Who is with you always! I am the Eternally Existent, over which no one rules! The Light, the Giver of Light, the Giver of Blessedness, and the Giver of Knowledge. I am Allah, and there is no other God besides Me! Blessed are you for a ‘clear understanding’ which does not waver! You are the Tree of Knowledge, the Instructor — the Beast! Are you not the one who remains of the four Beasts which I made to reign in My World? You, the fourth Beast that has come — ‘strong as iron!’ Rise up on the earth, break the gates of brass, and bruise in pieces the kingdoms of iron. Then I will in Mercy save your soul, and the souls of the Righteous — that it may be unto them for rest forever! Upon your brow I place this diadem! You are ‘the Christ!’ I placed you, and will confirm your title and degree! Those who are near and those who are far from you will mock you! Can your courage endure? Can your hands be strong? As I was with Moses, so shall I be with you! I revealed Myself in a bush, and spoke to Moses. And I told him many wondrous things, and showed him the secrets of the time and declared to him the end of times. Then I commanded him saying: “These words you shall publish openly!” ….. These words you shall publish openly — for every unbeliever shall die in his unbelief! O Mankind! Do you not know that I am the God who created you? If someone exists before Me, let him appear so that We might see his light! Before the portals of the world were in place, and before the foundations of Paradise were laid, before the powers of movement were established; before the present years were reckoned — I planned these things! And before the imaginations of those who now sin were estranged, they were made through Me and not through another! Do you see ‘this Shepherd’ saying to you: “This is the way, walk in it?” ….. My eye exists not in every man. Some, however are terribly distressed by all this! This is the way it is, and it was revealed to him alone, according to My Will. For all that I have said must happen. And the deceived world will be thrown into confusion! All of the deficiency which appeared in the Truth will be dissolved, and will be like that which did not come into being! Be glad and rejoice forever, in that which I create! Behold, he who has an ear — My Witness, My Faithful One, who is able to open the Scroll and break its Seals! Behold the signet cross of the Messiah on his brow! Who is like the Beast, and receives a mark on his forehead or on his hand? This calls for a mind with Wisdom, bright and pure. For these words are Trustworthy and True. For the time is near to repay everyone for what he has done. Blessed is he who keeps the words of the prophecy of this Book!
