O.K. So here is my two cents on this. Yes, healthier food is more expensive, but it also goes back to priorities. What you put in you and your kids bodies dictates your overall health. Choices for change: Breakfast: Instead of sweet treats for breakfast like pop tarts and sugary cereals..... Eat eggs and oatmeal.Eggs and oatmeal are actually cheaper than the sweet stuff. Snacks: Instead of cookies... A bag of apples.. Healthier and a lot of great vitamin source. Lunch: Pizza or Hot Dogs....A bag of skinless chicken tenders and some brown rice and a bag f frozen veggies go a long way! Afternoon snacks: Sugary sweets and chocolate filled pastries....A spoonfull of peanut butter and an apple .. Nuff said. Dinner: Again Pizza and etc... Use your lunch for another meal. Make enough for dinner.. Water.... You pay for a water bill, drink that instead of cokes!!!!!!! You can make simple changes daily and ad far as working out, you dont need a gym. There are roads to walk and the floor can serve as area for push ups, jumping jacks, burpees, and any type of body movements.. There is truly no excuse!!!! doyoueven/2014/09/its-not-easy-being-overweight-obese-mother-on-government-benefits-demands-more-money-to-help-her-diet/
