OK EVERYBODY! There is another cold snap on its way. To avoid freezing & bursting pipes please make sure you have adequate heat available to any un-insulated pipes especially on an outside wall, outside hose hook-ups, THIS INCLUDES un-heated garages that may also have utility tubs, etc. Let the water trickle out of your faucets until the snap is over, put heaters in crawl spaces that are unheated, under sinks known to have issues, etc. Otherwise, we will be hearing from you in the near future!
