OK I have heard a lot of complaints in the past about fund raisers for the schools and programs at the schools, the football team, band, cheerleading, and elementary school supplies and so on and so forth. They have to sell candy bars, wrapping paper, discount cards all kinds of stuff. Well I got an answer and yes it will help me as much as the schools and kids and parents of Arlington. As a real estate broker I cannot pay a referral fee to a non-licensed agent. But I can make a charitable donation to an organization. So with that said this is how it could work. Anybody that lives in Arlington that has a child that goes to or did go to School here in Arlington that hires SPM Real Estate for the listing and selling of their home I will donate 33% of the gross commission to whatever school program they request. Example if it the parents of the footballs team and the home sells for $250,000 SPM gross’s a 3% commission of $7,500 I then donate $2,500 to the football booster club if that’s where they want it to go. OR Let’s say young family is looking to move into the area. They have 2 elementary school age kids. They can use SPM as the buyer’s agent. They may just want the funds to go straight to the PTA. So if you know of anyone looking to buy or sell here in Arlington it would be in ALL our best entrust to use SPM real estate to help them with any of their real estate needs. Now don’t jump on the Me too wagon. Now that I have thrown this out there I’m sure you will see a few other agents or Brokers screaming me too I’ll do it. Do the math on this and you will see the potential. AND AGAIN ! I know SPM real estate benefits from this also. But it is a lot of money that any other way just goes into another agent’s pocket.
