OK here goes. I thought the cop was a little scared cause the guy was black, and thats for sure wrong, and I think they learn that stuff from the older seasond cops that are very raciest. Now we come to my point. The cop asked him for his license. Instead of suddenly diving head first back into his car to grab his license. He should have said to the cop, My license is in the car. Then Im sure the cop would have told him to get it or he would have said to step away from the car and then he would have seen it sitting on the seat or where ever. Had that been done all this would have been avoided. The Guy jumps back out of the car very fast and thats how cops get killed so he responded quickly with only a second or two to decide gun, no gun. I do feel that he should have only shot the guy once. He was still shooting after the guy backed up with his hands up, probably due to his adrenalin level. Both men made mistakes and will no doubt learn from the experience. When dealing with cops no mater what color you are be calm and polite. that goes a lot further, and for Gods sake NO sudden moves. And if youre saying to your self, Hes a cop too Ill bet, you would loose your bet cause Im just another citizen like you.
