OMG Nokia Philippines!! I just called your hotline 754-1500 and a housekeeping staff answered my call. He said that the receptionist May personal na nilakad, kaya ako muna ang sumasagot ng tawag FINE. But when I asked to be transferred to a LIVE person. My gosh! Maam, tumawag nalang kayo ulit kasi BUSY silang lahat Is this the world class service that you are giving us?? My call was then given to a certain AYA. When I asked her to repeat what my concern was - GOSH, what simply had to repeat? She said something VERY DIFFERENT! Poor listening skills, I gather. After minutes of waiting for her - your housekeeping staff named NOEL took charge, gave me telephone number 621-2636 to call. This number was given by a certain Bryan Lee who according to Noel is the manager of the careline. When I asked Noel where Bryan was he said that nasa meeting po, sobrang busy Ahhhh... CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE IN THE PHILIPPINES... Thank you Bryan Lee for taking my call.. I hope to hear from you within the day (as promised!)
