OMG, Take Extra Precautionary Measures, Careful MY Co-Nurses A woman admitted in a hospital somewhere in.... more than a week ago with BP 160/100, Diphenhydramine was administered after a dose of antibiotic (to counteract an allergic reaction?... or calm down the combative [with video] patient?..not sure)...30 minutes after the shot, patient died due to cardiac arrest as revealed in the autopsy. Diphenhydramine , an antihistamine can result to vasoconstriction and therefore increase of BP all the more... may have been the cause of sudden cardiac arrest and death??? ...negligence? JUST THINKING...
