OMG....so the Comcast equipment is not my issue. The guy was here and trying to exhaust all possibilities. After he left I called my computer dudes at Technical Reinforcements, (if you are interested). (at 5:30 on a Saturday night, AND he answered!). Love those guys! We did a remote session but they have to come out anyway. Browsing the internet is slow, aggravating and frustrating and things are not working properly.
