OMGosh and WOW!!! Below is an email that I received today from a synagogue in Florida as Im on their mailing list. I could NOT believe my eyes when I read this email, plus the attached survey. This email is so insensitive, obnoxious and truly not nice. How times have changed for synagogue clergy. Zero job security, especially cantors. I certainly am grateful to be far away from synagogue politics, and am truly blessed and honored to be covered with the heartfelt security of my community and friends that I consider my family. Here is the email and survey. What are your opinions?? Dear Temple Member, The link below will take you to a survey regarding Cantor Mondrows service the past two years. Your opinion will help the Board of Directors decide whether or not to renew the cantors contract. Only one survey is allowed per e-mail address. If you are a couple sharing the same e-mail address, one person must fill out a paper survey available in the Temple office.
