OPEN LETTER TO THE PEOPLE OF UGANDA -------------------------------------------------------------------------- I am Tom Voltaire Okwalinga, and I greet you in the name of freedom and liberation.I shall not write alot of details but will go straight to the main point.I have for many years championed the cause of good governance through exposing corruption, state sponsored terror and other ills like nepotism, favouritsm etc.Every struggle has its climax and the time to rid our country of a corrupt lot,has come and it is only now or never.Everyday, we get stories of billions of taxpayers money being stolen by ministers and other officials as our hospitals go without the basics like oxygen and basic medications.Many school going pupils sit under trees and use hands to write in sand as ministers reap trillions from corrupt deals with Chinese firms. Our local investors are taxed highly and denied incentives as the foregn investors are given free land ahd thus make it difficlt for our locals to meet fair competition with them,These foreign investors get these benefits after going into partnership with regime officials. The oil money has already been chewed by the regime people and the only people being trained in oil studies are the relatives and friends of the first family.The regime has continued to pass laws that curtail freedoms of the people and the population live in constant fear.I CALL UPON ALL OF YOU TO JOIN HANDS ON DECEMBER 15TH , 2014, AND COME TO KAMPALA AND WE DEMAND THE RESIGNATON OF THIS ROTTEN GOVERNMENT AND PUT IN PLACE A TRANSITIONAL ADMNISTRATION THAT TOGETHER WITH A NEW INDEPENDENT ELECTORAL COMMISSION WILL ORGANISE A FREE AND FAIR ELECTION, SHORT OF THAT, WE ARE DOMED FOR EVER, FOR GOD AND MY COUTRY. #DEC15 , YOUR COUNTRY YOUR DESTINY
