When the surface of plum is more moist, the powder is wet & its colour is darkened, hence it is not as obvious. Both types of plums are suitable for consumption. 14. How should I store Plum Delite? A: Unopened boxes of Plum Delite (With rhis transparent vacuum bag intact) can be stored at room temperature, in a cool dry place. After opening the package, we recommend to store it in the fridge. Plum delite does not contain any preservatives & to maintain the product freshness, a small amount of Nitrogen gas is filled into the transparent vacuum bag & in the individual Plum delite sachets.
