Only a few Thanksgiving Woes today as I attempted to host my first Thanksgiving: Apparently the difference between my overnight and Mammaws overnight makes a difference; since I cooked our first Ham of today for 12 hours...thats a little too long. But thats the good thing about living closer to Walmart. 😉 Second one was delish and ready for lunch along with all the other wonderful food including the Turkey from the Ag program at MC (yum), my version of Pills dressing (still not as good as hers or Memaws or Hazels), Mammaws pies (she brought 5 since I told her thats all she needed to bring this year), TTs Pinterest Carrots, and Moms homemade rolls (theyre pretty good even if you do leave out the egg). 😂 All in all, a great first Thanksgiving at The Sikes Residence! Hope yours was just as memorable.
