Marijuana is a stimulant for the pineal gland / third eye which is a high level of spiritual contact. I know because Ive unlocked the ability from the third eye, aswell as the known fact, NOBODY has ever died from it, and the fact that coffee is more harmful then mary jane. THC does not kill brain cells. THC affects cancer cells in a way to remind them to complete their life cycle and die. It should be legal.
