Of all our birds here, I think we love the chickadees the best. So many of them. Theyll sit on the edge of the seed bucket while Im filling the feeders. I just hung 3 feeders on the edge of our gazebo and had a pine siskin, a chickadee and a hummingbird on each feeder. Camera in the house....dam!!!! lol Swallows were doing a lot of real estate shopping today too. I put up 2 new boxes so along with the 3 old ones, they sure did a lot of back and forth checking!! It was quite funny at times. One, I presume female, sat in the tree in front of our deck while another one (probably the male) went back and forth between the 2 new boxes several times. I dont know what their final decision will be, but I sure hope they take the one on the sauna....its in the perfect spot for photos!!! Linda took care of the pics for the most part today, although I stole her camera for a few shots. She should be posting some nice shots soon!
