Of course, this isn’t surprising, as he [ Rangel ] has recently called the tea party “white crackers” and said that Republicans are worse than Al Qaeda. For absurd racist accusations against those that oppose leftwing policies, Rangel is a veritable highlight reel. Im still trying to figure out how anyone can consider the Tea Party to be racist? How can...... Supporting securing our Borders Supporting Voter I.D. Laws Supporting the 2nd Amendment Opposing Domestic Spying Demanding our government obeys the law Closing Gitmo Demanding de-militarism of our police forces Supporting Person Rights and Liberties .....be construed as being racist? Its being the exact OPPOSITE of racist. Its not the fault of the Tea Party that President Obama pulled a complete 180 after being elected and has lied to everyone on almost everything he and/or his administration has done. The Tea Party just points it out and calls to task any politician who engages in this current wave of hypocrisy coming out of the White House. Maybe THAT is why those on the left hate the Tea Party so much? Because the Tea Party wants to hold Washington accountable for what its doing against America while those on the Left are forced to bite their tongues to avoid being ostracized from the gang for breaking ranks ? Does this make the Tea Party the bad guys or does it make the Left the bad guys? Protesting injustice and demanding accountability from the government is a good thing. Sitting by and doing nothing while your elected officials who are currently in charge sell out the country and continue on with business as usual at every opportunity is a bad thing.
