Office Administrator -Perth, WA (3 months contact) Our client is currently looking for an enthusiastic Admin Officer to join their team in Perth (WA). This is an exceptional opportunity for organised and motivated candidate who are looking for an Office Admin role within a growing organisation. Each successful candidate will have previous experience in an Administration position along with a confident approach, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn. You will need strong administration skills and attention to detail with the proven ability to deadlines and priorities. Strong organisational skills with the flexibility to respond to changing deadlines, strong interpersonal and good communication skills, and intermediate MS-Office skills are also a requirement for this position. * Responsibilities: Communication and correspondence General support to the staffs and Management Purchasing and maintaining office supplies ? Travel arrangements for staff ? Day-to-day office admin including office operation & maintenance Working co-operatively with other employees to ensure the support needed is met * Requirements : At least 1 year working experience in related role (preferred) ?Work experience in busy office environment is desirable Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Korean (must be bilingual) ? Proven office administration and organisational skills Tertiary qualification Intermediate Office Suite skill (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) ?
