Official: Adigun Lateef joins Kwara Utd from Shooting Stars Kwara Utd Head Coach Samson Unuanel has significantly strengthen the defensive option available to him at the Kwara stadium with the signing of centre-back Adigun Lateef Olamide from recently relegated Shooting stars for undisclosed fee. That undisclosed fee, according to Oyosportsnews source could be in exchange of his clearance papers and yet to be paid salary and sign-on-fees at the ibadan based side. Adigun, who played more that 70matches for Shooting stars in all competition was pleased to have made the switch. “I’m grateful to United for the opportunity to have played in my home. I wanted to come back home since 2years ago but Shooting stars are bigger club to leave. The head coach has the belief in me, the pre-season camping at Offa is great and we are ready for the Nigeria National league.” Adigun joined Shooting stars from Crown FC in 2009, he was instrumental for 3SC’s promotion in 2008/2009 season and has played under four coaches. Jacob Eke, who also joined Kwara utd from 3SC has called on the Afonja warriors fans and supporters to support the team when the league start this weekend. Eke has settled quickly with three goals at the pre-season friendlies.
