Official Communiqué N°062/M23/2013 This Friday October 25th 2013 the war has just resumed . The M23 Directorate announce to both national and international opinions that early this morning at 3am local time, the relaunch of war by the coalition FARDCFDLR on all frontlines situated on the Kibati-Kibumba axis. Several FARDC brigades and FDLR battalions are drawn upon for this purpose. Specific instructions have just been given to the Congolese Revolutionary Army forces to defeat such warlike attempt by the opponent in firmly defending our positions and ensure the protection of our civilians’ population on the whole extent of our space. . The M23 Movement has notice that the coalition FARDC-FDLR initiative just came after the resumption of the Kampala dialogue where our Movement, through its letter No. 047/M23/2013 of October 24th 2013 to the Mediator had just made further concessions on the remaining last three points of the Kampala talks before the signing of a peace agreement This new attack of the government coalition is a real sabotage to the peace process in Kampala.
