Oh.. not today then! Hello Gillie, I am sorry to advise the Traffic Management survey which was due to be completed on 15th to allow the Traffic management to start today was not completed. What this means is once the TM Survey has been completed and the traffic management requirements have been established then the Local Highway Authority will be approached by the Auxiliary Control and negotiations will begin for the earliest possible date for the traffic management. I have now requested a further escalation to allow me to update you and offer a clearer picture. I will answer the questions regarding compensation etc. once I can confirm your service issue shave been resolved. Once again I am truly sorry for the further delays. I will contact you as soon as I can offer you an update.
