The Company has successfully completed complex engineering project for oil and gas industry, and also gives solutions to any difficulties or conditions on engineering challenges. Our professional team of engineering has more than 15 (fifteen) years of experience services in oil and gas industry. Currently, the operation of the company has highly experienced professionals in various onshore and offshore projects such as develop gas production facility, gas pipeline, CNG mini plan, oil production facility, oil pipeline and gas wellhead platform. 1. SR. PROCESS ENGINEER Personel Qualification Requirements : 1. Minimum S1 from reputable University, bechelor of chemical Engineering 2. Minimum 10 years working experience in Process and Process Safety Engineering Design project for oil & Gas Industry (Offshore and Onshore Facilities) 3. Familiar with regulation, code and standards in Oil & Gas Industry 4. Familiar with related dicipline Engineering sofware : HYSYS,PIPESIM, FLARESIM, FLARENET, PHAST, PIPENET, etc. 5. Fluent in English ( Writing & Speaking ) 2. SR.PIPING - PIPELINE ENGINEER Responsibilities 1. Overall operation of the Piping group and the high quality and timely completion of their work within the established work hour for the assigned project 2. Ensuring engineering and design quality, technical accuracy of drawings, material quantities, specifications, procedures, etc. produced with in the piping disciplines which are assigned 3. Execution of assigned work in accordance with applicable contract procedures and standards 4. Adherence to Engineering Procedure / Work Instruction for Design safety and to ensure the adoption of safe attitude towards engineering design that features affecting the safety and integrity of the project 5. Reviewing with the Project Engineering Manager and other team members about all the needs and technical aspects which can affect the schedule of the project 6. Preparing, Reviewing, Issuing and follow up of all Piping Deliverables 7. Approving all Piping deliverables produced with in the Piping team, prior to initial and Construction Release 8. Ensure that the section model represents satisfactory design practice 9. Participate actively in internal and Client reviews of section Model, Plot Plan, Constructability etc 10. Assist Department head when required in preparation of proposals and in presentations to prospective clients 11. Providing “Feedback” to the Discipline Head concerning problems arising from application of standard methods and work procedures/instruction/technical practices and updates the same Qualifications 1. S1 from reputable University, bechelor of Mechanical or Civil Engineering with at least 10 years of experience in LNG / Refinery / Petrochemical / Chemical Plant Projects with about 5 years in Senior position. 2. highly motivated, well organized, resourceful and pro-active 3. Knowledge of Plot Plan / Equipment Layout development, Piping Layout, Piping Materials, piping Stress Analysis and 3D Computer Aided Design like PDS / PDMS / SP 3D etc 4. Working experience in Design & Engineering team for Conceptual Studies, FEED, and EPC 5. Working experience as Senior Engineer 6. To handle overall operation of the Piping Specialists group to achieve high quality and timely completion of their work within the established work hour budgets for the assigned project 7. Conversant with international codes and practices 3. SR. STRUCTURE ENGINEER Personel Qualification Requirements : 1. Minimum S1 from reputable University, bechelor of Mechanical or Civil Engineering 2. Minimum 10 years working experience in design and analysis for structure offshore facilities 3. Familiar with regulation, code and standard in oil & gas Industry 4. Familiar with related dicipline engineering software : SACS. Etc 5. Fluent in English ( Writing & Speaking ) 4. INSTRUMENT ENGINEER Personel Qualification Requirements : 1. Minimum S1 from reputable University, bechelor in Physics Engineering 2. Minimum 5 years working experience 3. Experience in in the Oil & Gas industry; Concept and FEED studies, detail engineering, and a possible follow through of the discipline all the way into Construction and Commissioning 4. Familiar with international/industry codes and standards (e.g. ISA. API, ANSI, IEEE, IEC, NEC etc.) related to instrument and control 5. Knowledgeable with the principal aspects of the design and maintenance of instrument and control include SIS (Safety Instrumented System) , PCS (Process Control System), FGS (Fire & Gas System), Fiscal Flow Metering Package, Machinery Control System , Skid package Control System , Pneumatic Control System , Well Head Control System, Analyzer and all pneumatic / electronic / Hydraulic field instrumentations (Transmitters , Valves ,Fire Gas detectors, Switches and transducers). 6. A strong tie with Process and Electrical Engineering is preferable. 7. A team player, proactive in an Engineering and Construction environment. 8. A willingness to travel (for FATs and site visits) is mandatory. 5. CIVIL ENGINEERING Personel Qualification Requirements : 1. Minimum S1 from reputable University, bechelor in Civil Engineering 2. Minimum 5 years working experience 3. Familiar with standards and codes for design analysis 4. Design Basis Criteria, Specification and Procesdure for Civil and Structural concrate and steed works 5. Calculation / design and Analysis Foundation and steel Structure 6. ELECTRICAL ENGINEER Personel Qualification Requirements : 1. Minimum S1 from reputable University, bechelor in Electrical Power Engineering 2. Minimum 5 years working experience 3. prepare electrical calculation (Load List, Voltage Drop, Cable Sizing, Cathocic Protection, etc 4. Prepare electrical data sheet (Switch gear, mcc, tranformer, distribution, panel, etc. 5. Prepare electrical specification (switchgear, mcc, electrical, power cekle, Generator, etc.) 6. Prepare the material Take – off (MTO) 7. PIPING/ PIPELINE ENGINEER (OFFSHORE/ ONSHORE) Personel Qualification Requirements : Responsibilities 1. Responsible for piping material take off. 2. Responsible for the quality of piping material (including tube, pipe, fittings, valves and special item), fabrication, testing and inspection 3. Prepare and follow-up design documentation for piping materials 4. Provide expertise and advise the teams involved in tender or execution phase 5. Participate in elaboration of the best technical and economical solution regarding piping materials during tender or execution phase 6. Insure the quality regarding the studies especially compliance with codes, standards and project specifications within respect of planning and costs 7. Support the project team regarding interfaces management for piping materials (handling, civil, steel, structural, equipment) 8. Support the project team regarding design change management for piping materials 9. Prepare technical documentation for purchasing activities (datasheets, specifications and requisition) concerning piping materials 10. Perform technical evaluation, clarifications and comparison of vendor offers to support purchasing activities concerning piping materials 11. Perform technical follow-up activity after purchase order placed to vendor concerning piping materials Qualifications 1. Minimum S1 from reputable University, bechelor of Mechanical or Civil Engineering 2. Minimum 5 years working experience in offshore oil & gas Pipeline design Project 3. highly motivated, well organized, resourceful and pro-active 4. Having two (2) similar engineering/DRAFTING projects experience as Technical Checker during engineering phase for the same discipline, in oil and gas industry 2. Having minimum eight (8) years experience as Designer/Drafter during engineering phase for the same discipline in oil and gas industry 3. Graduated from Technical High School with relevant discipline Responsibilities : Responsibilities of the Technical Checker/Quality Control include the following, but not limited to: • Compare original existing drawing(s) and marked-up drawing(s) from close-out dossier, identify the changes required from original existing drawing(s) for as-builting, provide instruction to Drafter/AutoCAD operator to perform modification as required. • Check and control the quality of drawings, i.e.: understand ability, drawn to the required standards, accepted method of dimensioning, accuracy of the data and details, good representation of the engineering concept, information consistency, etc. • Check the completeness of drawings and information provided in the drawings. • Mark any errors, omissions or deficiencies on the drawings. • Ensure the consistency and interference of drawings between the discipline sections. • Coordination with COMPANY to solve problems or discrepancies found during quality control. • Perform drafting works (as required) Please submit your application letter complete with CV, recent photograph and expected salary, to: recruitment@tigaintipilar cc nina@tigaintipilar or PT.
