Ok I have a serious question. I live in an apartment complex, I got loud neighbors downstairs (screaming loud mainly the wonan) its been going on for months and a couple of days ago, on a weekday, about 10:30 at night. I called the cops to come over to talk to them and me because I recorded the convo with my phone in the bathroom as some evidence because there are young children ages 9-12 range i believe, 2 and a husband (because they were loud and you can hear it perfectly) so an officer spoke to me and apparently they have a right to yell at each other, its not considered disturbing the peace or whatever, so he spoke to them but nothing was done. And this lady is so loud its like people pulling her hair and I am surprised nobody gives a shit sometimes. But anyways any good comments from smart people?
