Ok I have to let off a bit of steam!!! The story on my Moms accident was caused by 2 large dogs that werent on leaches . We have leach laws for a reason ... My mom was walking her 2 small dogs in her neighborhood and 2 large dogs ran up to her dogs which her dogs freaked out ending up in knocking her over . All the owners said was they are friendly . Friendly or not they caused a major up heal in our families lifes. Mom had a bad broken hip. Had surgery yesterday and her poor arm is not broken but very badly bruised . Remember people ... Leach law friendly or not !!! Mom is resting but in lots of pain. Dont know when she will transferred to a rehab facility .
