Ok get your tissues ready! This afternoon after the pastor and pastorette came to visit and pray with my dad and me he looks at me and says I cant sleep, I say dad, you have been sleeping for 2 days, he said I miss her so much, Dad did you see mom while you were sleeping? Yes, he says with tears building up in his eyes. Then he said Im going die. I said No dad you were really sick and you are getting better now. He said I miss her so much, I just busted out in tears and told him how much we all miss her. We cried for a while and he looks at me and says, your a good mom. I really struggle with this most of the time, I always think how much better I want for my kids. These last 3 years have been so hard around the holidays, now pops wants to get back to sleep so he can go see mom again, I tell him he is getting better and Gods not done with him yet, we cry and hold each other tight, then he drifts off to sleep hoping of another visit. I am at peace whatever comes our way, The Lord is the author and finisher of our faith.
