Ok most of my friends on the coast know I love my sea food. I bought some salmon(Atlantic Salmon) :-( none the less it was fairly fresh not frozen. I love to grill. So I decided to use just salt, pepper, a touch of seafood seasoning and smudge of grated lemon peel. Cooked for 15 min. At 400. Peeled it right off the skin, discarded the foil and Bon Appitit . Awesome, just right! Believe me there is not a resultant in eastern Montana that makes it as delicious!
