Ok so I never thought I would say this but, I am now officially a Kalula snob. Reason: fly SAA on one of their new Airbus 320-200. Firstly you sit on a cloth covered plastic torture device (they call as seat) with no padding what so ever never mind lumber support!!! I guess now I know why it is call a freaking Air Bus. Then when you land you have to get on to a bus for a ride to the terminal building. And all the at 2 to 3 times the price of a Kalula flight while they have more comfortable seats and not once did I have to get on a bus as they always stop at the terminal building where you walk straight in to the terminal building via the dock bridge. So in short Air Bus and SAA is a load of shit.
