Ok so Im home and first i want to say that the hospital stafff was awesome..awesome...awesome... omg i take my hat off to them .... if i have to ever go to the hospital i want to go to that hospital.... now they cant determine if it was a heart attack on Friday because it didnt do damage to the heart.. but all my test came back good. No blood clots ... but doctor said that it could have come from me working out and being that im trying to do so much so quick. Im must slow down. He also said that the body go through alot after a person stop smoking so i must take 1 day at a time .. i guess i have to listen but know this its not stopping ... i will return 2 the gym on Monday...
