Ok, so the incentive trip that I earned from Arbonne was to Los Cabos, leaving in a little over two weeks! This is something that we all strive for, and in anticipation of these trips and the excitement that mounts over a period of months is finally upon us and we are all abuzz with our plans! We all know of the hurricane that struck land there leaving a path of destruction and devastation. But I would like to share with you the culture of Arbonne, the culture of the people, from corporate to the field, and consultants alike. The biggest concern that I have heard from everyone was for the people that were affected by this act of nature. NOT what will happen to our travel plans or how this will affect them. I love working for a company that cares! And truly cares about people, putting everyone else first, serving others, loving on people and genuinely caring about their well-being. Not a single person had any idea what outcome to expect...after all, our resort was in ruins, or at least enough that rendered it inhabitable for who knows how long! I had such a peace about this though when I first heard that our 5-star newly built resort was in shambles and the airport suffered enough damage to close down...indefinitely! There were so many things to take into account, decisions to be made, and this was definitely not an easy fix as a record number of consultants earned this amazing trip. But after just a few days of pondering what Arbonne could do for us, they rallied, decided to cut some pretty big checks for each and every one of us to do with what we desired. Whether it was to seek other travel or just keep the money, it was our decision. Many of us, thanks to our awesome ENVP Donna Johnson will be staying at another great resort in Puerto Vallarta. She did some checking and started a fb page for those that earned the trip to check out the resort and make plans should we want to move forward with travel plans. Gosh, I just love this company...the people, and I am forever grateful that God put me where I am....I live a life by design, I earn a living, just by helping others, and He rewards greatly!
