Ok this isnt something I would normally do but the past year or 2 have been especially trying for me and it burdens me to say I havent always come out on top. Being diagnosed with Crohns had to easily be one of the scariest moments of my life and its been a rough road so far having to completely turn around my diet and eating habits. My last flare up was really bad but Ive come out of it (finally!) and just basically asking the support of my family and friends and with Gods help I know I can overcome this and prove the doctors wrong (when they said its life long).
