Ok, we DESPERATELY need a new foster for Tobey. This sweet boy was rescued from living isolated on a rope last week. He was vetted and neutered. He is very gentle and loving with his fosters. His favorite thing on earth is to curl up in their lap and snuggle. He is Calm in the house, no potty accidents. But he has extreme separation anxiety. The poor guy was isolated for so long on that rope and is now LOVING this new found attention and love that he FREAKS OUT when left alone. When they leave, they crate him and he has totally demolished the crate. We even had to take him to the vet yesterday to get a sedative and that has done nothing. When they leave him out of the crate he chews the door frame trying to get to them. If they leave him outside he claws and chews at the backdoor trying to get to them. He is DESPERATELY to stay near them. However they both work and Tobey will be alone all day starting Monday. Its just not safe for him to be alone. We need to find a foster who is home and can show him that he doesnt have to be scared. That its OK and he is safe to be alone. Ease him into it.
