I hope all of you can spread the word about my style of chiropractic and massage and how this type of chiropractic is the best around. Let me explain what medical massage is and how it differs to everyday massage. I have been doing massage for 12 yrs and Chiropractic for 3. My medical massage is very specific to the problem that you are having in your body. The massage is deep in nature; this is intended to decrease muscle spasm, break up scar tissue that may be inhibiting muscle function and increase motion. In my opinion 80-90 % of people neuromusculoskeletal problems are rooted in the soft tissues of the body. I am not one of those chiropractors that believes in just adjusting you and that will cure all ailments. In my opinion, if I work on your soft tissue first as well as other physical therapy modalities then adjust patients, hypothetically you will get a better adjustment. This type of treatment will do more for the overall wellbeing of the patient and their body. Our joints cannot act/move by themselves, they are acted upon by the soft tissue (i.e. muscle, tendons, etc.). So why do other chiropractors just adjust and do nothing for the soft tissue?
