Okay. GFC. As you can see its pretty straightforward. Youve got your fresh veges, your pre-cooked frozen vege mix (in the jug), your chicken (skinless, boneless breast, sliced and in plastic bag on the far right hand side), Hokkien noodles (in the centre plastic bag), and flour, dry onion soup, and PiriPiri spice (which I add to the chicken bag to coat the chicken prior to frying it). I forgot to put out the sauce packet before I took the first shot. Sorry. Watties brand Wok Creations Lemon, Ginger, & Sesame stir fry sauce (for the NZers). Nuke the frozen vege mix until its hot. Set it aside. Toss PiriPiri (hot chilli so dont overdo), onion soup (whole packet), and about half cup flour in the bag with the chicken. Seal the bag and juggle it around to make sure you cover all sides of the chicken. When chickens covered, put the bag aside. Dice the red onion, zucchini, mushrooms, capsicum, asparagus, spring onions, and another veges you like. Put it aside. Chuck some olive oil in a frypan, heat it, and add the fresh veges slowly starting with the onion. When the fresh veges are partially cooked add in the pre-cooked vege mix. When they look about right (sorry, thats the best I can do) add in the Hokkien noodles and stick the frypan lid on. Let them heat through a little, and then transfer the veges and noodles into a dish. Set it aside. I generally put the dish in the microwave to deter the cats. :-) Wash the frypan so its base is clean, add some olive oil, heat it, add the chicken piece by piece. Fry quickly both sides. When chickens pretty much cooked then return the veges to the pan. Stir the chicken through. Then add the Lemon, Ginger, & Sesame stir fry sauce. Cook for about five minutes or so. Again, when it looks right serve it up It makes two large and two small meals. It also freezes brilliantly—and makes my Beloved happy. As you can see. :-) Let me know what you think if you decide to try it.
