Okay, I did my first activ trax today at the Y. I thought I did pretty good until I entered my reps. I put in that I did 4 push ups and the computer says something like: "Is 4 correct? That number is below recommendation." I wanted to flip off the machine!! I was actually surprised that I could do 4!!!! And I did that number for each of the 2 sets! My butt cheeks are sore tonight, along with a little tenderness in my upper arms (maybe my chicken wings are deflating??!). Looking forward to working out on the machines again next week (I think)!!
