Okay .... I had to take a six almost seven week rest period from weight training because of acute tendinitis .... kicking off Saturday with Claudia doing double work out modified on some arm exercises. ONE hour zumba toning and ABS. The 90 minutes workshop core training ...arrrrgghhh.... killed it! And tiny bit sore. Yay! Back on track finally : slow but sure and easy does it. LESSON : LISTEN TO YOUR BODY. LISTEN TO YOUR DOCTOR!!!! JA. 50 - 30
