Okay, Im putting it all out there. Heres my situation: A little less than five years ago, I got into trouble with the law. I took a car that didnt belong to me and I crashed it into a building. There was a large amount of damage done and one person was injured. I was put on probation and ordered to pay a very large sum of money. Ive made payments every month for the last five years to try and cover the damages and hospital bills. But I still owe money and now Im out of time. I went to court and it basically breaks down to this. I have 60 days to come up with around 19 thousand dollars, or I could be facing up to 5 years in prison. Im scared out of my mind and feel a great deal of shame over the whole situation. So now, I throw myself on the mercy of my Facebook friends. I need some serious help. If there is any one out there who could provide me extra work, or lend me any cash, it might just save me. Im terrified to go to jail for that long. I would be in my forties by the time I got released from prison. The next few days, I will be selling almost everything I own to help cover this cost, mostly instruments and some electronics. Basically, if it doesnt help me make money, its going to be sold. Also, Ill be releasing an mp3 box set of every original song Ive ever recorded. I will probably sell it as a pay what you want album, with a minimum purchase of $5. If anyone out there can help me with anything, Im in my most desperate hour and it would never be forgotten.
